People who know me well & have gotten to see pre-CBD me and post- CBD me know what this 🌱 has done for me, but so many are unaware of just how much my story has changed.

You had to really know me well to know how often my thoughts & feelings kept me trapped, stressed, & spinning.

You had to know my story to understand the intense discomfort I felt every single day.

You had to get my late night txts or see me dragging more days than not to know my mind wouldn't shut off at night.

You had to see how often I would immerse myself in the pitch black, with a cold rag over my eyes - unable to move, sick to my stomach & barely able to unlock my jaw to sip some water.

People who know me now don't know those parts of me because all of that was "pre" me - but no more.
